Once you request to list your business, we will review it and will reach out to you with the next steps. We aim to get you listed on our platform within 7 business days.
We share all the contact details you provide us on our website, giving customers an option to either make purchases right away, or reach out to you directly.
Once a customer places an order through our website, we receive the money and transfer (after deduction of card processing fee) to you within seven (7) business days. We will also share the order details with a unique order number & customer contact information for your records.
* Online businesses can directly reach out to the customer to progress the order once you receive order confirmation from us. You can follow what suits best for your business model to fulfil the order (either offer a discount code for direct ordering on your website or follow-up over email/phone or save it in your records).
* For businesses with store walk-ins: the customer will receive a unique order number which they will provide on arrival at your store. You can follow what suits best for your business model to fulfil the order (either maintain order number in your POS or keep a hard-copy.

When customers make a purchase, there is a credit card/payment processing fee as below * Online Australian credit card rates: 1.75% + 30¢ * Online International/Amex credit card rates: 2.9% + 30¢ These fees are charged on every transaction & does not change based on the number of items in the order.
We do not charge any transaction fee for any orders placed. Additionally, we share your website/instagram details in your business listing for customers to place orders directly to you.
